Our AP Spanish Literature & Culture students are going to participate in the Florida State Spanish Conference (FSSC). We are raising funds to support 16 talented students as they compete in the State Spanish Competition, April 17-19, 2025! This is an incredible opportunity for them to showcase their skills and represent WOHS.

Orange County Public Schools' partnership with Hazel Health means your student can get high-quality telehealth care at no cost to your family. Students can get virtual medical care or teletherapy at school or at home on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. All Hazel Health visits are safe and confidential.

Bullying in schools is of increasing focus for Florida schools, districts, and for the Florida Department of Education. Florida Statute 1006.147, also known as The Jeffrey Johnston Stand Up for All Students Act, requires school districts to adopt an official policy prohibiting bullying and harassment of students and staff on school grounds, at school-sponsored events, and through school computer networks.
Mobile Crisis Services are available to anyone ages 0-24 located in Orange, Osceola or Seminole County at the time of crisis. A master level therapist will respond to homes, schools, or anywhere within the tri-county community, within 60 minutes to provide immediate on-site crisis stabilization. Crisis therapists also connect families with additional long-term services in order to maintain stabilization. Someone needing crisis services might be:• Out of control emotionally• Threatening to harm themselves or others• Exhibiting explosive or dangerous behavior• In need of immediate mental health stabilization• Struggling with sadness or depression• In need of someone to talk to.
